Has a form

To include a web form for an item, select the item in the navigation tree, and in the enrich tab, check/tick the has a form option. A pop-up will appear where you can add fields to your form with the Add Field button. Reordering the form fields is accomplished by simply dragging & dropping the fields in the desired order.

All form submissions are emailed to your footprint's public email address that can be found under settings > about > public email > machine-friendly.
